We use Genuine products strictly as per OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer) guidelines for our manufactured parts. We go through a filtering process to select the brands that are the best in quality and suitable for your car and then we let you choose the best option as per your needs.
All packages on our site are accurate estimates. The cost includes all the services mentioned in the package. In addition to that it also includes all taxes & consumables that will be required. In short, the prices you see are the prices you pay and there will be no hidden charges.
Simply mention your requirements at the time of booking and we’ll make sure to get it checked and inform you. We’ll send a job card prior to the service, so that you are well informed on what work is being done on your car. If we find any additional job that is required to be done, we will first send you a quotation on our mobile app and via sms & email. We will only proceed with the jobs that you approve. We have a strict policy of “NO WORK WITHOUT APPROVAL” so that you don’t get any surprises in the end.
We enable procurement of spares and consumables at our partner workshops through selected brands to ensure quality. We also have skilled technicians who are present at all our partner service centers. They ensure that quality is maintained and only original parts are used.
For almost all our services, on comparison, we are 40% cheaper compared to multi-brand or authorized service centers. We achieve savings on labor charges, centralized (bulk) procurement of spare parts, no real-estate overheads and operational efficiency. These are passed on to our customers.
You can choose to pay anytime after your booking is confirmed and before the handover of your car post-service.
We accept all digital payment options. You can pay via debit/credit cards, netbanking and leading digital wallets like Paytm, Mobikwik, Freecharge, PayUmoney etc directly through our platform. You can also choose to pay via cash at the time of delivery.
Yes, an invoice is sent to your registered mobile number and email address on every service. You can also download a copy of the invoice by logging in and heading to the ‘My Account’ section on the Shree Om Motors Dashboard. We also maintain digitalized service records of your car online for any future reference.
We are committed to providing a high-quality and professional service to all our customers. If you are not satisfied with the service, we need you to tell us. We offer a 1 month warranty on most of our services and We will do everything we can to sort out your concerns, and respond positively to your comments.
